Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bass8 ("bass8", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing all use of the bass8 website located at https://bass8.io and all associated gaming and betting services offered through it.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, redeeming a bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you expressly accept these Terms. bass8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility, including age verification, identity documents (National ID card, passport, driving licence), and proof of address, at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the bass8 Platform. Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using a different identity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bass8 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate registrations and will act accordingly.

When completing the registration form, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account details promptly whenever any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of your account without refund of any promotional or bonus credits.

3.2 KYC Verification

bass8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit any of the following documents at registration or at any subsequent point:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar official document)

All deposits to your bass8 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account held by a different individual — are not permitted. bass8 reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be matched to the registered account holder and to close accounts found to be using third-party payment methods.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. Deposits are typically credited to your bass8 balance within two minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within an average of 15 minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, public holidays, or the volume of pending requests at the time.

bass8 does not charge platform-side fees on withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which bass8 has no control. You are responsible for understanding and accepting any such fees imposed by your payment provider.

bass8 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is significant or where the account has not previously completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the bass8 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All game stakes, winnings, bonus credits, and withdrawal amounts are displayed and processed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied by the Platform; if your payment method holds funds in a different currency, any conversion is handled by your payment provider at their applicable exchange rate.

Bonuses & Promotions

bass8 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings, and geographic restrictions.

General bonus principles applicable to all offers unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through the use of duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus credits and winnings derived from bonus credits may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bass8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of any balance held therein, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

1. Opening, using, or attempting to open more than one account on the Platform
2. Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point
3. Using stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment methods to fund your account
4. Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime
5. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
6. Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI agents, or any other mechanical means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players
7. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature — any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided
8. Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, insider betting, or any other form of sports integrity violation
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing bass8 staff, other players, or any third party connected to the Platform
10. Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, account restriction, or ban placed on your account
11. Using a VPN, proxy, or any other means to obscure your true geographic location or identity
12. Accessing the Platform in violation of the laws of your country or territory of residence

Intellectual Property

All content on the bass8 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of bass8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The bass8 name, logo, and brand identity are the exclusive property of bass8.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from bass8.
